Scott A. CoBen

Scott A. CoBen graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara with a Bachelors Degree in Economics in 1987. Mr. CoBen then attended law school at Pepperdine University in Malibu where he obtained his Juris Doctorate in 1991. Mr. CoBen has been admitted to practice before the California Supreme Court and the Federal Courts for the Eastern District of California, the Northern District of California and the Central District of California. Mr. CoBen has lectured many times on the subjects of bankruptcy law, personal injury law, real estate law and litigation. Mr. CoBen was a regular guest on the Real Estate Show on Talk 650 AM for a number of years. Mr. CoBen is a member of the Sacramento County Bar Association and the Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association.

Susan J. Dodds

Susan J. Dodds graduated with honors from the California State University, Sacramento with a Bachelors Degree in Philosophy with a Concentration in Ethics & Law. Mrs. Dodds then attended law school at Lincoln Law School of Sacramento where she obtained

her Juris Doctorate in 2009. Mrs. Dodds has been admitted to practice before the California Supreme Court and the Federal

Court for the Eastern District of California. Mrs. Dodds has been practicing in the area of bankruptcy since being admitted to

practice law in the Eastern District of California.
